I have that oh so familar feeling that I'm coming down with a urinary tract infection. It was pretty bad last night but I ran to Whole Foods and got a ton of cranberry juice and drank a ton of water as well. I picked up some cranberry tablets and parsley is listed in the ingredients. It is pretty far down but I wondered if I should worry since I've read it can affect supply.

Should I worry about the parsley in the suppliment?
Any suggestions on how to beat a UTI without antibotics?
If I feel bad enough to go the antibotic route, what can I ask for that is safe while nursing?

I didn't actually do the module for UTI, but I sat in on it. There is one herbal tablet that I hear works even better than antibiotics. I'm relatively sure it is safe for BFing and pregnant moms as this was a midwifery module, but it inclueds well woman care so I can't be 100% Now what the heck was it called again? I will recognize it if I see it. Darnit, I better go shuffle thru my notes. You might try cross posting in Health and Healing.
