I have a UTI. I have never had one before and I do not really want to take antibiotics for it. So far today I have eaten a half pint of blueberries. I am drinking cranberry concetrate diluted with a water. 1 part concentrate to 2 parts water. I am about a third of the way through my first glass. I have taken some echinachea.

Is there anything else I can be doing? At what point should I start feeling relief?

Thanks for any help you can offer.

UVa ursi tincture or caps. uva ursi is also called bearberry. i swear it works so fast. for pain, marshmallow root is good. you can get urinary pain in a tincture form also. but get the uva ursi. do not drink cranberry while you are on it, as it lessens the effects. i have treated 3 UTIs with it, as first prescribed by naturopath and it works great. you should notice a relief in about 3 days. drink TONS (several gallons per day) of water.
