I am newly preg with my 4th (due in Jan) and am planning a VBA3C. Does anyone know of any midwives in the Pullman-Moscow area that do VABCs? Or any of the rural areas, we live about an hour from there.

There are a few midwives in the Moscow area. Don't know if they will do a VBA3C though. Try connecting with them through the Idaho Midwives council website.
