I love Linda McCartney sausages! I don't know if you can get them outside of Britain, I can't get them in Canada but they were such a treat when I was living in Ireland.
Yves are pretty good if you fry them in something greasy and overcook them a bit.

I thought those were real meat? Isn't that whole line meat? Please tell me if it's not, I'm up for trying something new.

My fav are the m'star farms. In fact, I think I'm going to have a couple now!

Linda McCartney product is all vegetarian. She and Paul were and are long time vegetarians, raised their four kids that way too. She also wrote some vegetarian cookbooks. Delicious, yum.

Or if your question is about Yves all their stuff is vegetarian too, and the bulk of it is vegan.

This just goes to show how much I pay attention. Every time I see the LM line in the veg section I want to go complain that they put meat with the veg items I really need to be more aware of my surroundings.

I like the "Light Life" brand. I think they call it "Gimme Lean". I could be wrong about that though.

OOH! OOH! I totally take back my previous reccommendation for M'star farms!!! Gimme Lean sausages are the best of the best. They have so much more flavor and their consistency isn't plastic-y (since it's not in the tube-like shape).

Mmm, I get the craving for veg sausages every so often too. I usually go with Morningstar farms, but the Boca version are pretty good too.

Wow, I went to their site, and some of their products look great! I'm going to have to look for them in the stores.

I'm vegan so MS and VP are out for me but I eat a few sausages depending on the mood.

Gimme Lean comes in a big plastic tube and you can mold it into any shape you want. This can be very useful depending on your recipe.

Trader Joe patties are great for breakfast.

We mostly like the Field Roast Sausages because they have no soy and are really delicious - they come in "mexican Chipotle", "Apple sage" and "Italian" and all are so good!

I like morningstar farms for a breakfasty dish. Bocco are good if you want them more savory, like with couscous. I forget which brand italian style I get, but the look like tofu dogs. I only like the italian style when it's cut up in sauce.

I like the MSF patties the best for breakfast or the Gimmee Lean ones are *awesome* for soysage and gravy on biscuits. I try not to make that too much because I eat it all!
I definitely would steer clear of the gardenburger ones- I just got some and they were sooo salty. I could not even eat them.
