Hello!
Anyone have any good vegetarian/wholefood cookbook recommendations?
Thank you!

I've tried quite a few recipes out of "May All Be Fed" that I really like. Only half of it is a cookbook, but they're good recipes!

I also really like the Farm's cookbook. I think it's called "The New Farm Vegetarian Cookbook."
I've always enjoyed the various Moosewood books. Sundays at Moosewood is the one I have used the most and my favorite, though the recipes in that one aren't as "quick prep" as in some of the other books.
I'm currently eyeing Full Moon Feast by Jessica Prentice~ it's not completely veggie, but I'm intrigued that it's inspired by the thirteen lunar cycles of the seasonal agrarian year:

My favorites are by Robin Robertson: Vegan Planet, Fresh From the Vegetarian Slow-Cooker, and the Vegetarian Meat and Potatoes Cookbook.
We like Feeding the Whole Family: Whole Food recipes for Babies, Young Children and Their Parents. There are some recipes that include fish or chicken but the vast majority of them do not.

I have made several things out of this book and really enjoy it!
I'm not veggie, but these are some of our family favorites:
- Moosewood Cooks at Home (quicker prep and fewer ingredients than some of the others)
- Madhur Jaffrey's World Vegetarian : More Than 650 Meatless Recipes from Around the World
- The Essential Vegetarian Cookbook - by Diana Shaw
- Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone - Deborah Madison
