Does anyone have any of these? And, I found a recipe for a quinoa bread that has no milk (but just a bit of butter though), but I don't know which setting to put my machine on - dry milk or fresh milk (it only has those two) - thoughts since there's no milk in it??

TIA

I don't know about the reciped your looking at but here are a few that I've found. Quite honestly it's pretty easy to convert a bread recipe vegan. I use dairy free milk for cow's milk and soy mlk powder when milk powder is called for. I'll post more if you would like

btw I haven't tried all of them, but the whole wheat is pretty good(you may want to cut the salt) and the pizza dough is great(I added more spices though)
