I've been using this cheese to successfully make:
Lasagna (mozarella cheese)
Quesadillas
Enchiladas
Mac and Cheese
Cheese potatoes
Pizza (combo of the cheddar and moz)

So yummy!!

It's carried in some health food stores and is still making its way across the country. If your store doesn't carry it, have them ask for it.
