I am going to make some vegan gluten-free treats for a friend & her kids next week. I can buy a brownies mix, but I'd like to try something different. We are haveing a birthday party so this will be an alternative to the cake, so I am looking for something brownie or cupcake like. Anyone care to share their recipes?

I use rice milk and egg replacer (EnerG), but I might use flax goo tomorrow, just to see if it still makes me gag.
