Anyone have any recs for things to dip veggies in? We can't have dairy, soy, gluten, sesame, chickpeas, corn, tomatoes, among others. I'm thinking of bean or lentil options, but haven't been able to come up with anything yet. Any thoughts?

Could do something with white beans and roasted garlic. I'm assuming nuts are out? Possibly just roasted garlic and olive oil, maybe some basil, salt and pepper. If nuts aren't out, I might be able to come up with more.

My friend makes a yummy one using a can of white beans and a can of marinated artichokes (I'm not sure what's in the canned artichokes though).

You could do a Mexican-style dip with mashed pinto beans and spices like chili powder, cumin, garlic, etc. You could also do some guacamole.

black beans and squash/sweet potato.

if you can have olive oil, onion, garlic (both sauteed), cumin and a sprinkle of cilantro it would be delish! i make a soup that's basically those ingredients and i've made it a dip before too, soo good! creamy and sweet and savory. i would add cayenne pepper on mine too and maybe red peppers with the onion/garlic.
