They basically they are loud, don't know how to explain rest of it. They been that way since before they moved in the house almost 6 months ago. Now, they have a tamporline as well and still are the same way. Its worse when the windows or cellar door is open. It sames like they this way all the time. Even the grandmother just lets them be that way as well.

My cousins seem much better then them even though they have worse then them, not going into to it.

Think thats it.

Thank you.

I'm sorry to hear you have such annoying neighbors, I'm right there w/you.

In the six years that we've lived here, one of our neighbors has never talked to us. If we ring the doorbell, he won't answer, (although we can see him peeking around the corner to see if we're gone yet) if we go outside and he happens to be out front as well, he goes in, if he's in his fenced backyard, he just ignores us. He shrieks obscenities at his wife all the time, screams lovey-dovey stuff at his two insanely stupid dogs, yells on his phone when he's outside and plays the same "Best of the 1970's" record EVERY afternoon once the weather gets warm. Cops can't do anything because there's no noise ordinance during the day here.

It's hard when you can't enjoy life in your own home due to another's lack of volume control.

I don't understand why kids playing is a problem. Kids don't have a volume control button especially when they are playing and having fun. They have a right to enjoy their backyard just as you do. If it's late at night then by all means I would complain. But if they are playing loudly and it's within "normal" hours, then there's not much you will be able to do.

I don't think it should be a problem as long as they're actually playing. It's the non-play, fighting, throwing things, etc. that is more annoying.

In my case (we live in an apartment), it's the neighbor kids slamming the front door EVERY time they leave. And bouncing the ball right outside DD room when she's sleeping. It's play though, and I remind myself that someday my kids will be doing the same thing.

I totally agree. It is their house, they deserve the right to play, and if they want to have a trampoline and play and have fun on it, they should be able to.
I know it must be annoying, but maybe if you tried to look on the bright side, it wouldn't bother you so much.
