I dunno what's come over me but ever since I woke up from a nap earlier I've been crying over everything

Ugh-I've been having days like that. I'm just so freaking irritable. I try not to let the kids see it, so poor dh takes a lot of it right now. He's such a great guy for putting up with all of this.
