I figured this was a safe place to share...<br><br>
This morning my 3 year old said, "I want to nurse." He picked up the hem of my shirt, peeked under, and called, "is anybody home?" Then he said, "wait, I mean, is any <i>boobie</i> home?" and chuckled at his joke before latching on like a pig diving into a mud puddle.<br><br><img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/love.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="love"> I can't imagine life without nursing!

My DD (about to turn 2) actually made me laugh last night...she hasn't nursed at night in a few months & last night decided to, which is fine...but I'm not "used to it" and was more asleep than awake & was confused. (<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol">) I just wanted to roll over so I said "they're gone" (Hu? <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol"> Again, I was more asleep...) She lifts my shirt and says "DUH!" <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/img/vbsmilies/smilies/eyesroll.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="roll">
