I found these handouts recently. Every Pregnant mom should read<br>
these. Its about the importance of Omega 3's (fish oil) and pregnancy/postpartum. Omega 3's have truly helped me mentally. I cannot function without them. I take 1725 mg EPA and 675 mg DHA per day. I am 22 weeks pregnant.
