Yesterday morning I noticed that my breast was feeling VERY sensitive I thought it was another plugged duct but I dont think it is... It feels like a couple of my glands are swollen or plugged... I also have what seems to be a red rash above my areola. It hurts to pump and a little to nurse... I'm not sure whats going on and dont want it to turn into something worse any advice?

yep, sounds like the beginning. i just had this the other day in the exact same place you described. i just took 3-4 raw garlic cloves with orange juice and drank lots of water. i rubbed it some as well. if you think it was just the beginning you might want to go off of the antibiotics and pump up your probiotics now too so as to avoid thrush or any other yeast problem. i am personally very sensitive to antibiotics because of so many in my life so i am very cautious as to when i should take them. you might be able to clear this up on your own with the above mentioned routine. good luck!

A plug can be the beginning of an infection but it doesn't need to be treated immediately with antibiotics. I've had probably 50 plugs in my 3 years of nursing and never taken antibiotics for them. An infection is usually indicated if you develop a fever or flu like symptoms.

seriously, it really works. here's what i do:

-chop up garlic clove into tiny pieces small enough to swallow. chop as much as you can i do about 4 cloves at a time. then i put these into a little bowl.

-get a big glass of oj and spoon feed pieces of garlic and chase with oj.

you really cant taste it!

vitamin c definitely as well!

the garlic is actually a very potent natural antibiotic, so it will help kill bad bacteria while keeping the good stuff alive
