Hi all...my daughters are vac..w/ the baby on its way im really thinking of not vac her... i have some issues though...1/ my mom is a nurse so I need to be more educated w/ this because she already has made comments on cloth diapering so this would just put her over the edge. 2/ we will be traveling and possibly living outside the country in egypt or another middleeastern country...i dont want to make the wrong decision, and have something happen because i didnt vaccinate...but i can see putting all of this crap into my child either knowing what i know now...im sure you all can relate...please help me
I see your baby is due in February. Congratulations! You have a little time to educate your mom. But whatever, don't forget, you don't have to vaccinate at all until you research it further and are sure of your decision.

Whatever you read, make a copy for your mom and just let her slowly absorb all the information that you uncove.

Traveling has nothing to do with the health of your daughter. She is in no more danger. Disease is not caused by germs, otherwise we would all be sick all the time. It is caused by interfering with the immune system, by faulty living, such as stress, poor nutrition, fear, wars, and much more. But it is not caused by germs per se. We have all sort of germs within our body at all times.

Not vaccinating is the RIGHT decision. No matter how you look at it and no matter where you live on this planet. Step # 2 is staying healthy and concentrating on health rather than disease.

That is the first thing you should inform your mom about, ingredients of vaccines and how vaccines are made.

Here are a few good links -

What is coming through that Needle?

Just eat an Apple

Look, I worry about all those deseases, too. No one wants their child to get sick. Honestly, if it weren't for all the farmaldahyde and fetal cells and monkey livers and cow serum in the vaccines, I would probably keep vaxing my child. But just tell your mom honestly, that you don't want to put all that disgusting stuff into your baby. She'll probably be worried about your baby getting polio in the Middle East, because they don't vax for polio so some people do get it. So maybe focus on researching that to put her mind at ease, and yours. Good luck!

Isn't anybody going to respond to this??

Gitti, are you saying that when my ds got chicken pox last year, his baby brother came down with it three weeks later because of fear? Or faulty living? Not because he contracted varicella from his older brother?

Do you see how much a statement like this harms the cause you are so passionate about? Say a person who is just beginning to question vaxing - like the op - comes here for information. Say she's heard that anti-vaxers are just a bunch of freaks, but she decidedes she's going to look into it, anyway. And she reads your statement that diseases are caused by stress, fear and wars, not by infectious agents. What is she going to think? That anti-vaxers are a bunch of freaks! Is she going to take seriously even one more thing you say?

Please think about your approach.

I for one am not responding because I believe Gitti is perfectly correct in what she has said. Disease is toxicity in the body and fear is just one aspect that can affect the body's toxicity level. The fact both your sons contracted the chicken pox was because they were in the same environment, ie their levels of toxicity were similar due to being fed the same food, even if your youngest was completely bf, it would your diet, they are also exposed to the same environmental chemicals. The other thing that needs to be taken into account which is never mentioned is the natural cycles of the body and its need for detoxification. I realize this explanation is too simplistic and not very clear. I could explain more about the nature of virus and infectious dis-ease as I now understand it, but I fear it would not be believed either. There is much to learn when it comes to our health and really requires a complete shift in the way we understand it, if we are truly to be at peace with our decision not to vax IHMO.

The theory you believe in is the germ theory, which is the base of all modern medicine and vaccines. The germ theory is just that, a theory, and has never been proven to be true. Many are now realizing that it just isn't correct. The originator of the theory Louis Pasteur admitted on this death bed that it was not germs that create disease but the terrain, ie the state of health of the host body. I don't have Gitti's links handy, but hopefully she will stop buy later and post them and hopefully explain it to you a little better than I.
