I really like taking a greens supplement in my drinks and was wanting to make sure that Vitamin A is OK as long as its from Beta-Carotene. I'm in my 6th month and just started taking it again. thanks

beta-carotene is fine, I would stick with beta-carotene derived from food just to be certain, it would have to be a very extreme amount to od on beta carotene though.
