i was recommened to read "Curing the incurable", but i cannot find it online anywhere besides amazon for $85.<br><br>
what i am looking for while the book becomes available, is is anyone can tell me about reaching your optidose.<br><br>
also, where i can find the sodium ?ascrobate? in higher dosage, and how much for dd and and is it given in a tablet or how?<br><br>

Our (former) resident SA expert says take it in powder form (mixed with a liquid to drink) until you get the runs, then back off on the dose a bit.<br><br>

we take Emergence daily, but it only has 1,000 mg, i take 5,000 mg a day. i know thats not near high enough<br><br>

We do not take it on a daily base because it is not a complete vitamin. It is intended for use when you are sick. Then you can take it to bowel tolerance. That is quite a bit. Best way to take it is all day long in some liquid.

I believe that MT always rec'd that the largest dose be the last one of the day, with several smaller doses throughout.

I was under the impression that you were to take it daily to build your immunity, thanks for the info that it is for sickness. we are travelling this summer and i want to have a supply of SA in case she were to get sick.<br><br>
