Hello everyone! I'd be due in end Nov. TTC for 8 months and it's my second baby! hope everything goes well.
Just scheduled my first appointment with midwife and she asks me to purchase some vitamin but I have no idea which one should I buy. Any suggestions?

I'm doing Raise Them We'll because it's whole food based and has folate (not folic acid)

I'm taking Best Nest prenatals. It's only one a day and with the folate instead of the folic acid.
