Just wondering if anyone gives their little one(s) multi-vitamins/supplements as a daily routine. I was at Whole Foods Market and I was browsing the different vitamins for children and starting wondering if it was a good idea to give my darling some. She's 12 months, so I would have to give her something in the liquid. Just want to see what some of you have experienced...

My grandchildren don't get any other than clo all winter, probiotics every so often, and organic foods.

I never bothered with my own children either.

We actually don't believe in giving supplement on a daily basis, such as a 'compete' vitamin because I was always afraid of creating an imbalance.

Thanks Gitti...I didn't think about the idea of an imbalance. I guess I just want to make sure that DD gets everything she needs. I'm a little guilty of being a worry bug as far as that goes.
