I was told to take Vitex by my HCP and I don't remember her telling me to stop for my period so I'm going to take it straight through.

After I researched it online, I decided to not take it during my period. They said it was better to give your body a break. So I started taking it on CD 6 or 7 and at 10DPO I had a nice<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/pos.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="positive"><br>

I have taken it with all of ttc journies. All the time. I took about 800 mg of dried caps all through-out my cycles and the first few weeks of my pregnacies. I have NEVER heard it can cause m/c in some women?

I have heard it prevents m/c because it can boost progesteron (sp im tired)
