For those of us still pregnant... Here's a cure I happened upon for both the tightness and discomfort of my lower back and that unattractive waddle I've seemed to adopt. It comes from my belly dancing days, and it might even promote baby getting into the right position and get everything down there in order before delivery.

I make myself swing my hips back and forth while I am walking, as if I were a 20-year-old hottie fully aware that a good looking frat boy was walking behind me.
This helps loosen up the tightness in the hips and propel me forward a bit more quickly than the waddle. Also, in some really odd way, it actually makes me feel sexy, in a 9-months pregnant, earthy kind of way.
