Jen at Bum Wrap also does web design. Four Little Ducks I haven't had her do any work for me (yet) but have heard she does great work.

I second sleepingbaby.net. She did my site for me and I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! I gave her a vague thought on the feeling I wanted and within minutes ([email protected]!!!!) she had a mockup of the image we refined for the final design. That woman is seriously gifted!

Watersweb is doing all my designing, banners, graphics, site etc. She is super fast, reasonabley priced and very personalized.

What about sleepingbean.com? She does web design, too!
