<p>Can someone explain how they do this?</p>

<p>I can not quite rap my head around "what" you do during the main lesson.  I have been searching internet and resources, reading, reading, reading......but I still can't quite get the how of it.</p>

<p>what a main lesson looks like depends on several things, but the two most important are what grade you are talking about, and what the main lesson subject is.</p>
<p>i went to waldorf school for highschool, and have been a classroom helper in grades 3,5, and 7</p>

<p>I have looked at curr.  but I still don't grasp the "how" part of main lesson.</p>

<p>Is it kind of like a unit study?</p>
