I have hemmed and hawed a bit about where to post this before I ended up deciding to post it here. My mom purchase a couple of kits from Dancing Rain Dolls to make one for both dd and ds. We were really surprised by the fast shipping! We're actually missing a couple of things and have had difficulties getting a response. I noticed on the website that email is the only contact option.

I'm wondering if anyone has had a similar experience? Is this normal? I know it's the holidays and if it weren't for the fact that both items are key to the construction of the doll we'd probably be content to continue waiting for a reply. I'd consider just buying the missing pieces elsewhere, but since we've already paid for one of the two I'd really rather not. Any suggestions?

I have a friend that had a similar experience. She eventually did get the missing items but again, many emails, alot of time inbetween them. She did end up throwing in a nice coupon towards her next order. I know that doesn't help you now though. Good luck!

i have noticed it is harder to contact Amy near the holidays (i made my 1st 2 dolls form her kits last year). I think i may have a phone number that came with my 1st order, but not sure - but i can look for you.

My mom actually ended up sending through an order to DRD for the one item we needed and hadn't paid for yet and included in the comments our issues and her disappointment. She got a response then - sounded like there was a new assistant which somewhat complicated issues a little. It's all be taken care of now, though. Thanks!!
