Was wondering about a few dipes

Ok cause I buy all my diapers cheap/wel/loved/ugly etc etc, I am always looking for good deals, but now I am wanting to venture out from my usual (Peek-a-Boos, and the such) and try something different. i figure as long as its cheap try it but I wanted some opinions on a few dipes:

Molly Togs

Dappi

Pocket Dipe

Any thoughts???

I can't commont on the others, but we have some Molly Togs that I purchased 3 years ago when dd was born. Nice diapers they held up well. Molly togs aren't being made anymore.

I've had Mollytogs and LOVED them for nighttime when DS was smaller.

I have one Molly Tog I bought used off of ebay last year and it's a great dipe! That one looks really nice too, can you change the elastic?

If you mean dappi diapers RUN ... away, as fast as you can diaper with a cloth napkin it will be better
The covers are pretty okay though..

I have no lcue how to change elastic, but I was gunna find someone who could, if need be.

I agree! I do not like the covers either. The velcro totally scratches and they have a mesh liner that retains the urine smell after one use. I don't know if the new ones are any different. I love my Bummis and you can get them cheaper on the TP.

I dont know about the other two but I didnt like Dappi covers at all! We started with dappi covers when Maxi was first born and they leaked and wicked a ton -- never poop leaks (thank goodness) but lots of pee soaked through.

It was our first experience CDing and I didnt know about MDC yet and didnt have a lot of IRL guidance so I thought that was just how it is -- later I got Proraps covers and BOY what a difference!

If you are looking for good inexpensive covers Proraps sell their seconds by phone and they are SUPER cheap and its really hard to tell why they are seconds.

Mollytogs are nice diapers.

Dappi diapers aren't so good from what I've heard, but I haven't tried their diapers. i hear their velcro covers are awful too. But I do like Dappi pull on covers. They aren't pretty, but they're cheap, and they never ever leaked for us.

The pocket dipe might be iffy as to if it will wick.
