Hi everyone- I'm just chiming in here for the first time with a washing question... I have some fuzzi bunz and bumgenious diapers that were given to us as gifts: They seem so similar yet have different washing instructions, so I decided, what the heck, I'll wash them all together. I followed the bumgenious instruction: cold wash with alittle soap followed by hot wash with no soap. Now, I've started to notice that my fuzzibunz are leaky at the seams... Is this something that is common with fuzzibunz? do you think I caused it by not washing them "by the book"? If so I will separate them in washings to keep them from getting worse... Thanks!

I wash all my diapers together without any trouble.

What sort of detergent are you using? I wonder if that could be giving you trouble.

Hmm, I have no idea. That just seems weird to me. I have fuzzi bunz and prefolds and wash them together with no problems. I have front loaders and do a pre-wash, sanitary wash with extra rinse and water, and they're fine. I have only had leaks from the legs because I ordered Mediums and my dd is super skinny and the legs gap sometimes.

I wash my fuzzi bunz and bum genius together. I do a cold wash with very little or no soap, and then a hot wash.

Every once in a while they will leak, but if they do I always think it's just because of the position he was in, that he had a big poop/pee or that they were a little too big around the legs.

Is every pair leaking every time?
