I just got my new PUL Harleyz this week and am ready to wash it. I am planning on washing it the same way I wash my lone Fuzzibunz, which is to wash it in Tide Free on a hot wash w/ 2 cold rinses along with my cotton dipes, then air dry. Just wanted to run this by others who use Harleyz to make sure this method is okay. So, how do you wash your PUL Harleyz?

Sounds fine, I dry all my pul on HOT, the first time, it's supposed to "seal" the tiny holes from sewing it together. Then air dry.

I have to point out that PUL items need to be dried in the drier-on HOT. It is a misconception that you shouldn't dry them. The fabric is designed to be used by the medical industry and can withstand autoclaving-so it is FINE and actually recommended to use the drier. Of all the people I know that use PUL items-the ones that NEVER have leakage problems are the ones that dry their diapers on HOT all the time.
