Sometimes it's the simple things...I feel like I was getting sicker and sicker, and today I started vomiting and didn't feel like eating anything. Well I felt better after I vomited and then started drinking water. I have drank 2 glasses of water and was able to get some chicken down with no more nausea so far since about 5, the chicken was my first protein in about 4 days.<br><br>
Why oh why didn't I think of it earlier? I was drinking juice and I guess the sugar was making me feel worse. Let's hope this is enough to make me feel a little bit better. I got b6 pills being delivered so I have a back up plan too. Maybe that is why the ginger candy was making me feel worse? Too much sugar? I was thinking the sugar helped because low blood sugar was making me sick.
