my 5 week old has developed a dry, waxy rash on his chin and cheeks. It doesn't seem to bother him, but it looks so bad (and uncomfortable) and I can't figure out what it is and whether or not we should be concerned about it.
Has anyone else's babe had something like this? Any ideas what it might be?
