Expcept for a few periods during teething, growth spurts, after travel - Anneke has slept pretty through the night since about 6 weeks. She's five months now and goes to sleep around 8, then wakes up at about 5:30am, nurses, and goes back to sleep until about 9:30am.

Same here - Will stays up later at night, but that's fine w/me since he sleeps later in the AM.

TBH, I'm afraid I'm getting a bit spoiled w/Will. He hasn't been sick yet - at all! Not even a sniffle! He's such a happy, pleasant, easy-going baby.

I'm afraid that #2 (long way off) will make up the difference, though. Or maybe DH and I just produce mellow babes?!? I guess I can hope, eh?

Uuummm is there a "knock on wood" smiley. Just think that if you posted that "out loud" you need to have one. Not that your jinxed to have months of sleepless nights by telling people, but it happened to me before and hasn't righted itself for months...

We have a great sleeper too. She does get a feeding when we go to bed and then if she wants one anytime at night I am there to give her the boob but I have never "walked the halls" with her. To tell you the truth she has only just started to really cry and she has never had any tears. I feel so bad for mamas that dont have it as easy as I do. I hear these first time mamas getting no sleep and babies that cry all night and from day one Rainey has slept with out problems!

I remeber the first night we had her at home and then next day her grandpa came over and said "so how does it feel not to have any sleep" and Scott and I just looked at eachother- and I said "she slept all night" No one believed us- and I was thinking because she was BF she would be up every 1-2 hours wanting to nurse.
