I would like to loose some weight before then, at least 20 lbs. I am a member of Curves but haven't gone in a while due to lots of things going on this summer like visitors and travel. I did it for 2 months going 3-5 times a week and didn't loose a pound. I didn't follow their diet because I was nursing and the book didn't mention if it was safe for nursing.
Dh will be starting Atkins soon (probably as soon as his brother and sil are out of town). I've not planned on doing it until I talk to the Dr which will hopefully be next week.
My other concern is dd. She is 16 months this Friday. She eats very, very little solids. She was eating some things okay but we have found she has a milk protein allergy and the only things she liked are milk based. So for the last few weeks she will only taste things. By that I mean she will pick up a cracker and suck off the flavoring or salt. If its soft food she will just play with it and not eat any. I'm worried that getting pregnant may decrease my milk supply and that could be disasterous for her. I will post in more detail about this on the Toddler board.
So what advice do you have for me?
