We put our house on the market a week ago Monday and have an offer!

: And another agent told our agent that her clients are going to present another offer! We have had like 7 showings already

I am thrilled though a little nervous - we had prepared ourselves for this to take awhile and have only been internet shopping for houses. Now it looks like we have to hustle!!!
