I'm SO excited for us!!
I'd just nursed her, changed her diaper yet again, and put her in the wrap to go for our walk when she wanted to nurse AGAIN... and I just didn't feel like undoing the whole thing and having to put it on again. So I thought, what the hell, gotta try it sometime, right?

Thought you might enjoy these 1 2, how many people can you share pics of your LO eating with?
I thought it was so cute how she could make faces at me since she was now looking right up at me.

OK Em, you help me figure out nursing in the wrap and I'll help you figure out side-lying!

How was Addie positioned in the wrap?

She looks very cute, btw, all nom nom nom.

I just cannot figure out how to nurse w/o taking Ally out of the Moby. Especially since I wear her really high (feels better on my back) and she doesn't tolerate cradle or newborn holds very well anymore. She favors the hug hold now. I also don't wear nursing clothing so that could have a lot to do with it.

Em, those pics are adorable too! And so true that only here can you share pics of a nursing baby!

Deal!
She was in a hug hold, I don't have a moby (have a babybundler) but it's the same style. I tie the hug hold slightly differently than the instructions for the moby, but I think the result is the same.

Well, I was wearing a nursing tank, so I could just pop it down, I think it'd be harder to pull a shirt up once baby is in the wrap. She was in a hug hold, I've never done any other hold with her cause I didn't know any!
I also wear her pretty high, but the way I tie the hug hold I can loosen it and she slides down a bit and then lift her back up and tighten it. I just loosened it a bit, and held my boob in front of her face and she pretty much latched herself on. I was a bit surprised how easy it was since I'd been avoiding trying it.

And thanks, I thought she was too cute to pass up taking the photos!
