Weekend Trip!

If you could travel anywhere withina few hours of Seattle, where would you go?

DH has an unexpected 3 day weekend and we were hoping to get away for at least one night. Baby is touch and go with the car so we may or may not need to stop very frequently with her.

We have only been living in the area for a little more then a year and a half, so we haven't been very far.

Any suggestions?

How about the San Juans or Vancouver, BC or Portland-depending on what you're looking for?

I think Portland is an option.

I'd love to visit the islands to the north, but I think I'd rather hold off on them until its a beautiful summer weekend!

Come visit portland, its a great place and the saturday market is open again.

Also there is alot of cool places to stay, I would recommend a http://www.mcmenamins.com/ hotel. We love the grand lodge and the kennedy school. Nice rooms, soaking pools, and good yummy places to eat.
