I thought I would start this. It's such a good practice for me.<br><br>
Sunday: split pea soup with homemade bread<br>
Monday: pot stickers and steamed vegetables<br>
Tuesday: pork roast w/ potatoes and carrots<br>
Wednesday: bbq pork roast sandwiches, sweet potato fries, spinach salad<br>
Thursday: chicken masala with rice and nan<br>
Friday: leftover chicken masala with rice and nan<br>
Saturday: homemade pizza or dinner out

Eggplant Parmesan & Salad<br>
Tuscan Casserole (its a veggie one, looks good)<br>
Stuffed Chicken with Rice<br>
Ham & Cheese Calzone & Salad<br>
Baked Mac n Cheese & Chicken Fingers, Broccoli<br>
Cheesy Chicken Stuffed Shells<br><br><br>

Lent starts Wednesday so we're meatless that day and every Friday until Easter.<br><br>
M: Zesty Chicken & Tortilla bake<br>
T: Chicken & homemade noodles, mashed potatoes<br>
W: Homemade mac & cheese<br>
T: Spaghetti with meat, breadsticks<br>
F: (I'm leaving on a retreat, DH & kids at home) Something meatless that I prepare before I leave and DH can reheat. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol"><br>
S: Still on retreat til dinnertime...

M- spagetti/garlic bread, green beans<br>
T-pizza night!<br>
W-parsnip soup w/ garlicky greens, homemade sunflower cheese bread<br>
Th-homemade mac n cheese casserole w/ veggies (making a triple batch to freeze leftovers)<br>
F-artichoke spinach lasagna (making a double batch to freeze), homemade garlic breadsticks<br>
Sat- mexican! (nachos, beans and rice & white bean enchiladas, also will make homeade salsa)<br>
Sun- squash, apple & onion tart, mushroom rice pilaf

I fell off the wagon while doing an elimination diet for dd. (And we lost internet for nearly a week!) Confirmed an allergy to oats (or gluten/wheat due to cross-contamination; that jury's still out). I have no idea what to cook, for whom, or when...sigh. I'm trying to get back on top of everythig tonight. Hopefully I'll post then!<br><br>

Ooh, can I play, even though I'm late? I've been menu planning since the morning sickness eased up and it's really helpful to me.<br><br>
Monday, February 19 (Presidents Day): Beef stew, biscuits, with cherry pie and homemade whipped cream for desert<br><br>
Tuesday, February 20 (Shrove Tuesday): Irish pancakes and sausage<br><br>
Wednesday, February 21 (Ash Wednesday): Grilled cheese and tomato soup (quick meal since there's choir rehearsal and church)<br><br>
Thursday, February 22: Quiche Lorraine and Salad<br><br>
Friday, February 23: Cheese pizza and salad<br><br>
Saturday, February 24: Hamburger pie<br><br>
Sunday, February 25: Chicken breasts and gravy, brocolli with cheese for the kids, mashed potatoes, and maple pudding

2 c. WW flour<br>
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder<br>
1 tsp. baking soda<br>
1/2 tsp. salt<br>
2 egg whites, beaten<br>
1 c. plain yogurt<br>
2 ybsp. honey<br>
1 tsp. prepared mustard<br>
1 c. firmly packed shredded cheddar<br>
3 tbsp sunflower seeds (shelled)<br><br>
preheat oven 350 degrees. combine the first 4 ingredients in one bowl. in another bowl beat egg whites,yogurt honey and mustard together. combine wet ingredients w/ the dry and mix well. stir in cheese and sunflower seeds. pour into a lightly oiled 9x5x3 pan and bake for 45 min or until the tops looks golden.

We have been eating out just about every meal, and I'm so sick of it. Back to meal planning, starting tonight:<br><br>
Tuesday - baked pork chops, rice, & salad<br>
Wednesday - cheeseburger macaroni, lima beans, & crescent rolls<br>
Thursday - scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy<br>
Friday - chicken, corn, & black bean quesadillas with Spanish rice<br>
Saturday - out of town for lunch & dinner

Okay, I did it. Poor dh has to cook all of his own meals upon walking in the door, but I can't take care of his while running this allergy testing thing....aaargh.<br><br>
Sunday - Kale omelet and brown rice<br>
Monday - Black beans and spinach<br>
Tuesday - Hamburger Hash<br>
Wednesday - Chicken stew<br>
Thursday - Shepherd's Pie with corn (we're testing corn)<br>
Friday - Avocado and bean tacos<br>
Saturday - Pork chops with broccoli<br><br>

Monday - we had a pizza (teacher gave us a whole one leftover from dd's classroom party)<br>
Tuesday - Cottage Pie (which is made with minced beef, as opposed to Shepherd's Pie, which is made with minced lamb)<br>
Wednesday - leftover Cottage Pie<br>
Thursday - Chicken stir-fry & basmati rice<br>
Friday - Dd's choice... probably spaghetti<br>
Saturday - Tas kebap (turkish dish... dh is from Turkey)<br><br>
I have next week planned, too:<br>
Sunday - Pea soup and sandwiches<br>
Monday - Stoved Chicken<br>
Tuesday - Keema Mataar (Indian lamb mince with peas)<br>
Wednesday - Chicken & Peas casserole<br>
Thursday - taco salad<br>
Friday - Barbie (weather permitting)<br>
Saturday - anniversary... out to eat... mom and dd will have breakfast for supper

Tonite-black beans and rice with soysauge<br>
Wednesday-Pot stickers and stir fried veggies<br>
Thursday-dh is off work so he's cooking-not sure what, tho...<br>
Friday-asparagus quiche<br>
Saturday-homemade spaghetti and homemade garlicky garlic bread<br>
Sunday-Pizza!! (and a salad)<br>
Monday-Sesame chicken and veggies of some sort...

Wow, so many great ideas!<br><br>
T - Sausage lentil soup and homemade wheat bread w/butter<br>
W - Fondue with meat, veggies, and bread to dip<br>
Th - Egg tacos with black beans and homemade salsa<br>
F - Chicken noodle soup and possibly some pumpkin bread<br>
S - Something easy and fast, not sure what<br>
S - Dinner at In-laws' house, usually something really yummy<br>
M - Pasta and Trees (a la Rachael Ray), glazed carrots, and roasted cauliflower

Last night: Veggie steak and pepper fajitas, rice and beans, steamed kale& sweet corn<br>
Tonight: lentil loaf, sweet potato fries, green beans and salad<br>
W: Pizza night, salad<br>
T: black bean nachos, Spanish rice, sauteed greens and corn<br>
F: tempeh meatball subs, baked potato wedges, mustard greens<br>
S: penne w/ asparagus, eggplant, sun dried tomatoes, onion, and sunflower seeds and a salad<br>
S: bean chili with jalapeño corn bread

Tuesday - DH picked up pizzasa<br><br>
Wednesday - chicken piccata, Annie's penne alfredo, roasted broccoli<br><br>
Thursday - curried lentils w/ brown basmati rice; roasted cauliflower<br><br>
Friday - out with the grandparents<br><br>
Saturday - hmmmmm <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/shrug.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="shrug">
