Eating food my kids have rejected is a huge one for me too. What is that urge in me to eat it? And we even have a dog who would love to eat most of their uneaten food!

Tonight is the first WI since I dropped my last 5 nursing points. I hope to be down a pound. It was a tough week- I was hungry without those 5. I had some great workouts, and most days did really well...except yesterday of course, where I had this insane appetite and ended up using 10 BP.

So...did the drop in points make a difference?

My HUGEST problem is almond butter and jelly sandwiches. If my daughter doesn't eat well, I can make her one and if she's hungry (and didn't like what I made for dinner,) she'll eat it. The problem is, if she didn't eat because she's a toddler, I then have this sandwich whispering, nay, shouting, "EAT ME." And usually I do. Every now and then I have the ability to give it to the dog.

I had a terrible week this past week. Didn't count points, but tried to sort of limit portions. Ate all kinds of extra stuff, etc. And I weighed in this am and lost a pound. I have 4.6 pounds to goal. I've lost 15.4 pounds. So far my husband is the only one that has commented. That seems weird to me.
