Over the Easter week-end, my DD (9 months) was rather sick. She vomitted a lot over the course of a day or two, and was very fussy. I thought she was fine but then yesterday afternoon, she started having what looked like 5 really painful poops in a row. Since she's EBF, I'm used to yellow seedy poop, but this was totally different...peanut butter texture, very light yellow colored, almost cream colored, and TOTALLY stinky. Also, DD screamed when she passed it, which leads me to believe it burned her bottom. This is totally out of the ordinary since DD has never had intestinal issues,

Anyhow, I've also been dealing with gastroenteritis myself so I'm thinking we've got the same thing.

Any tips as to what to do or if I need to worry?

Very pale just means it's moving through the system extremely fast ... there's no bile mixed in. My kids and I had a stomach virus this past winter that for them resulted in the same ... it took well over two weeks to clear up.
But wasn't itself cause for concern.

sounds like Diareaha to me. Lots of fluids, which if shes breast fed, LOTS OF NURSING. Not sure where you live, but here where I am, we just had a flu bug go around of pandemic proportions. I havent thrown up in YEARS and even I got it. DS1 got it, with vommitting first, then diareaha came a few days later. His poor little bum was all itchy and soar. his poo of course looked much different then your LO because he is no longer breastfed and eats adult food. But it def sounds like a bug to me. If it goes on longer then a few more days, I would take her to see the doc, but def make sure to keep her fluids up.

That exact thing happened to my ds1 at around 15 months. he stopped eating people food for a few days and only wanted to nurse! boy was I glad he was still nursing! and it looked exactly like you described, creamy yellow/tan, and STANK!

it cleared up on its own in a few days.
