Because I made a concerted effort to eat something decent every *hour*. Every hour I ate something, even if I wasn't hungry. I had considerably more energy and less queasiness than yesterday, when I only ate every 2-3 hours.

For example:

7:30 -- Grape Nuts w/milk

8:30 -- small piece of leftover steak

9:30 -- cottage cheese w/corn chips (I use the cottage cheese as a dip. I'm weird, I know.)

10:00 -- Piece of pineapple

10:45 -- Broccoli and cauliflower w/dip

You get the idea.

Just passing this along in case it helps someone else.
