we use lime powder on our poo & pee area. It sweetens up the ground & keeps flies away from the poo.
whatever poo chunks (covered in lime) can't be washed down get collected up & put in the empty paper dog food bags.
of course, the bag does not last long b/c of wetness & sometimes we must use plastic bags but again, lime isprinkled in the bag & on the poo to help with the smell, flies & break down of poo.
you can get a huge bag og lime anywhere.
We get ours @ TSC.
