I am small and very short-haired. i am mostly white(cream) and have lots of spots.

I am definately still have a puppt. (I kissed mom2tig99Nroo03, and she says I definately still have puppy breath.) I am a lot smaller than the 4 month old labs that are still not in their forever homes.

Here are a few pictures of me, including one showing the spots on my tummy.

I was found by the side of the road, and mom2tig's dh said he didn't want me to get hit by a car. he stayed with me there by the side of the road for awhile and no one came looking fo rme.

A better picture of the head would help, but Joanna's vote is that I am a pit x. The little spots are called ticking, and are common in many breeds.

I say JRT cross.
My total out there grasping at straws says Jack x Beagle (however....I am only 1/4 of the way into my first coffee--ask me when my eyes are open--and a head shot, profile)

No brindle in Jacks/Parsons or Beagles (ok, there IS, but it's not acceptable and rarely bred). He had to have a brindle or brindle-carrier mom or dad.

What a dollface!
DH and I think it's a beagle/pit/boxer mix. That head and spots pattern looks beagle-ish, but that brindle cays boxer/pit to me.

dh thinks he is a good bit of beagle... his paws are itty bitty, not like the monster paws of a lab, shepherd or larger dog.

i can easily see a pit or boxer mix..

not sure about the terrier (hey, did you know they aren't *officially* jack russel terriers anymore?)

i got a couple mor epics, waiting for them to upload.

okay so i did some research on some puppy images. this is what i found out jack russels have a longer tappered snout and shorter ears. boxers are thicker/meater then this pup, beagles are also a lot thicker and have long long ears, then i looked at the pitt bull and wow, matches it to a T. he's got the same thick snout, same ear control, and they have that beautiful muscular tone with those nice thin limbs like your pup. so my guess would be you have a beautiful little pitt bull puppy. another note, pitt bulls are one of the most dumped dogs. so he fits the bill. hope you have fun with your new little guy.

Im going to say pit X some kind of hound mix. Hard to tell at this age but his head shape doesnt look quite like a purebred pit bull head would, the ears are rather large, and the tail looks pretty long. Are you keeping the little muffin?
