Another sushi craver here. I do stick to vegetarian rolls and I try to get the ones with brown rice, but the more wasabi and spicy mayo, the better. I was in California for work a few weeks ago and there was a Japanese restaurant in the hotel. I had sushi for 3 out of 9 meals.

I have also been on a huge edamame kick. I found frozen edamame at Walmart; it's already cooked and salted, so all you have to do is defrost. I go through a bag in 2 days.

Sushi... Spicy scallop and salmon rolls are what I like... I made a big batch over the weekend...

Fried Chicken Sandwiches...

I don't do much fast food though so I made some at home and it turned out perfect... So much better than any other fried chicken sandwich that I have ever eaten...

and my main craving for the last few months has been Bagels with goat cheese and hot pepper jelly... I made 6 jars of jelly a few weeks ago and I am already on my last jar! I need to make more before I run out!

Orange juice...cuties...Izze juice. I've been waking up in the middle of the night for the last few weeks, at the same time, and absolutely have to go drink two cups of orange juice. This happened last time, too, and I ate boxes of cuties in the last month with DD. I sent DH to the store to find some the other day, no such luck. I know clementines are just about in season, though. I will find them.

Izzes at Starbucks, too. Literally I could drink three a day of the blackberry. So good!

My "main meal" cravings change from day to day.... One day I'll totally be craving Mexican food and then the next day I wont even be able to stand the thought of it and move on to a new craving!! Ha. As for snacks and "just gotta have food".....Its hard to say, sometimes nothing satisfies me, but i've noticed that its mostly the sweet stuff that I crave. (I'm always on Etsy looking at some of the truffels people make and sell. Yummy) Oh, but sometimes I get super strong cravings for really healthy foods like quinoa salad and tofu...things like that!! (Oh who are we kidding...I think its pretty safe to say at this point that I'm a vacume cleaner....hahahaha)

I'm only 7 weeks but from the day I conceived my eating habits have been nuts. Which is odd because with my first I didn't ever have a craving, just aversions.

First few weeks? STEAK! and hot sauce. Hot sauce on everything- salad, eggs, steak, potatoes

Then one day steak became the most revolting thing ever. As did all animal protein and fish.

Then salad became a no no, which is breaking my heart because I live on salad usually and I really could use the fiber these days...ahem.

Now I can tolerate white rice, cheese, raw carrots, apples, and broth. And that's about it.

Although, I currently have PIGS FEET defrotsing in my fridge. Yes. Giant fresh pigs feet from my local farm. Becasue I want to boil therm and eat the fat and skin. How disgusting right? And yet, this was what my hubby walked in on three years ago, me surrounded by a heap of eaten foot bones, right before we found out I was preg with DS.

Pigs feet? Sure! Mixed greens, god forbid. I can't wait for this first tri to pass so my appetite returns to somewhat normal.
