<p>It is my first time posting here. This is my second pregnancy, and i got terrible stretch marks during the end of my first, despite using cocoa butter and bio-oil everyday. What are your experiences with preventing and/or getting rid of stretch marks? I dont want to use bio-oil again since it has mineral oil and a bunch of toxins. Has anyone used Avishi Organics stretch mark oil? it is a bit pricey but it is totally natural, and i want some feedback before i buy it.</p>

<p>I got stretch marks with my first, but I wasn't using anything. I was told it didn't matter, you get them or you don't, no matter what you do, and they are hereditary (my mother had them bad). That isn't quite true, although it is true for some women. My subsequent pregnancies, I have used a variety of things, most often an oil i blended myself, consisting of almond oil, vit.E oil and aloe, plus scent or whatever else struck me at the time. This time, I have just started moisturizing and I am using either coconut oil or shea butter, whichever is handy at the time. So far so good. Since my initial stretch marks years ago, I have only gotten a bit more, mostly one around my belly button which came up a few pgs back and just keeps getting bigger each time since. After you have your baby, you can try castor oil to reduce marks. Again, it's somewhat individual, but they may fade well on there own anyway - mine aren't anywhere near as visible as my mother's or some other friends, tho I haven't done much about them.</p>

<p>I'm 34 wks now & have been using Mother's Special Blend oil since the beginning of my pregnancy and so far no stretch marks (knock on wood).  I have also heard it doesn't make a difference either way, but since the oil is all-natural and feels so nice I figured why not give myself an excuse to massage a little on my belly/breasts/hips every day.  That said, my mom and aunts didn't get stretch marks so I figured I may not either.</p>
<p>In any case, like many of us I have some stretch marks from adolescence that have faded so much over time you can hardly see them.  I imagine pregnancy stretch marks might fade similarly.</p>

<p>I am on my 5th pg and don't really have stretch marks. My best advice is to stay hydrated....it really is the best and most natural way. I have never done any creams or herbs or anything....just drink a lot of water and of course pray that I don't get stretch marks! lol</p>

After giving birth 4 months ago noticed some stretch marks on my body and was not happy about that. Then my friend told me about dermelastic serum and i got this serum. Using it a while already and it seems that stretch marks are becoming less visible. It can be used on all body but i am using only on the parts I think is needed. Using it twice a day - morning and in the evening and every time after shower. Smell is very nice and serum is not too hard so it is easy to apply to the skin. Dries out quickly so do not have to worry about spoiled clothes. Very good thing.
