Keeping busy (even thru my tiredness) is what is keeping me going these last few weeks. I try to do something outside the house, with my son, everyday. We go to Storytime at the librarys, playgroups, errands etc. When I am home I just get so tired I lay on the couch and flip on the tV for him (which I hate doing) and practically fall asleep. It's so dang hot here though and it's not like we can go outside much past 10AM. It sucks. But anyways, errands take up the majority of our time. Lame, but busy work.
What are you up to?

LOL! Well, my day is busy with the 2 1/2yr old trach son with all his therapies so he keeps me busy just alone...he is like having 10 kids on one and then I have my 5yr old. I nap every day that the 2 1/2yr old naps while my 5yr old either naps with me or he plays his Leapster L-Max (I figured it is at least educational to boot). I try to keep busy otherwise but sorting, cleaning and I love watching "A birth Story" on tv as long as they don't show Epidurals thats when I have to turn my head! :

Yes napping is good! I lay down with ds everyday too and even though I only actually sleep for a short time, like maybe 15 minutes to a half hour, I still lay there the entire time, which about two hours tops. It gets really uncomfortable but ds will wake up if I try to get up without him. And sometimes I just make myself lay there b/c I know that even though I'm not sleeping my body is still resting. And it takes up some time out of the day

I have been reading on MDC. I have also been trying to go out somewhere every day. Tomorrow is story time at the library so we will probably do that. My 2 1/2 yo keeps me plenty busy on his own. He doesn't nap so I only get a nap a couple times a week. My daughter is going back to school this week so she has had a lot of things to do and go to before school starts. I am just getting so impatient to meet my baby.
My due date is friday, and no signs of anything starting up soon so I'm trying to keep myself busy instead of playing the waiting game. Today I moved my bedroom around, big bed and dresser and all. I've been finding weird things to clean around the house, today I did the windows and kitchen cabinets. I like to watch hgtv and food network, we go for walks in the evenings as well. Tomorrow we see the mw for our last centering appointment, it'll be sad saying goodbye to everybody. Later in the afternoon my mom is coming by to bring me some cloth diapering supplies she bought for us and will probably visit for a few hours. Andrew has class all day so I won't be seeing much of him. I would honestly give anything to be able to go to class and even do homework right now

I'm trying to finish up little projects around the house. I am doing touch-up painting that has needed to be done for some time now. I am also going room by room to do that little extra cleaning everywhere. I am planning on cutting material for the bean bag sets I am making for friends' kiddos for Christmas and possibly starting on sewing them soon.

I don't do well in public these days. Taking the kids out in 110 degrees heat turns me into a major b!tch in about 30 seconds so I mostly stay home and try to wear them out in the morning, do lunch and put them down for a nap together, lie down for a rest myself, and then coast through the afternoon until dh gets home. Some days I am still going to work but I'm down to only a couple of days a week.

And I'm checking out this DDC all the time to see if babies are coming! :

I've been sewing... and sewing... and sewing. I'm not trying to pass the time, though... I'm desperately trying to get everything done before this baby comes. My due date isn't until the 29th, and I HOPE she stays in until then at at least!

I am still working full time...though that is getting harder and harder. It does really help pass the time.

I don't really have the energy to do much of anything. When I am at home I am sitting on the couch watching TV and dozing. I am not sleeping well and my back and tailbone are extremely painful. Walking 10' is a feat. I hope this babe comes soon. I keep telling babe that is okay to come...that I am ready....oh so ready.

Still working full time here too. Its getting a little tiresome but at least its something to do! At home, I've just been cleaning and organizing (but not too much) and trying to relax and take it easy. I started a new book (non-baby/childbirth related) that I'm enjoying and DH and I are trying to just enjoy these last couple weeks of 'just us' time before the kiddo gets here. We've gone to a couple of movies and enjoyed sleeping in on the weekends, eating dinner out, etc.

I guess I'm trying not to be too impatient. I'm trying to see these last couple of weeks as precious time to just enjoy some peace and quiet! (I do wish that I was sleeping better though!!)

Honestly?

Wondering when I'll go into labor: imagining each day between now and my due date and how logistically it would work if I went into labor on that day.

I'm obsessed.

And still working...or trying to.
