I had salmon/avocado sushi and spicy tuna sushi, and spicy seaweed salad. I have a sinus issue on my right side of my head so I'm trying to cure it with wasabi and hot peppers.

A Frappuccino. Dd fell asleep before I could warm up leftovers and now she's sleeping on my shoulder. No lunch for me unless I risk waking her. No way I'd risk that!

I am eating a health valley lentil/couscous "cup of soup". Not great but not bad either. Snack for later is fage fatfree greek yogurt with fresh strawberries. Now *that* I am excited for!!

I like to do the same thing. There is a place in Norwell that makes these spicy wontons in broth. Whenever I am sick w/ sinus issues that is all I want!

MMMM falafel - I need to make that soon.<br><br>
I had barley salad (barley, peas, corn, parsley, red peppers, rice wine vinegar, olive oil, cumin) and an iced coffee.

I had a huge spinach salad w/ carrots, raisins, avocado, tomato, walnuts and garlic dressing, a ww English muffin, an egg, and some mini egg rolls.

All I have had so far today was a little bowl of oatmeal with dark brown sugar on top. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/smile.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="smile"> I at it at 11 so I guess that's lunch.

I wish I could hve falafel. I just ate a granola bar, still hungry though.

I had a cup of veggie soup and a salad w/romaine, red peppers, jalapenos, black olives, sprouts, hardboiled egg, and ranch dressing.<br><br>
That was 2.5 hrs. ago and I'm hungry again.

I had a lean turkey burger on 9 whole grain toast with low fat ranch dressing, red onion, tomato, and lettuce. SO YUM. Washed down with a glass of almond milk.

Older ds & I are having cheese ravioli w/marinara, little ds is having soup.
