i am not finding out. i have a sort of weird perspective on the whole gender thing any ways. i have a number of good friends who are transgender and some friends who are genderqueer so i kinda feel like the only one who will really know my childs gender is my child and i will have to wait and see. i mean seeing the a penis or not at birth will tell me probably what the child is ut it isn't always accurate. also i really want a daughter but i really want a son either would be so cool!

I have the greatest respect for those of you who can wait until birth. I just can't resist. Besides it's a surprise no matter when we find out! I would have assumed I was having a third boy and wouldn't have been prepared for a girl. Now I can prepare a little!

I'm glad the majority are waiting (as of this post). I totally agree on the baby's sex at birth not necessarily coinciding with the person's gender later in life... I have a pretty diverse group of friends as well.<br><br>
I'm more excted about not getting as much pink or blue crap before the baby is born.

We just found out today. It's a boy! This will be our second boy and as I am head over heals for my first boy, I am really excited that we will have another.

Yeah... even if I found out, I sure as heck wouldn't tell people. I have an aunt that literally started jumping up and down at the possibility of buying pink, plastic princess crap when my cousin announced it was a girl. EW.

We had a sono monday and baby was modest and we were glad bc the plan was to be surprised!
