So whats your favorite insert for large Fuzzi Bunz? Can you get one size so I will be able to use them for DC#2 with smaller diapers? Or do they just come in the same sizes as the Fuzzi BUnz?

I use the free nurturedfamily.com microterry inserts that came with our FB's - they are sized to fit the dipes. I do use microfiber auto towels in some of our other pockets and can fold them to fit all different sizes.

The Nurtured Family and MOE inserts both come in two sizes - one for small FB's, and one for all the larger sizes. Mediums, Larges, Petites, and Extra Larges all take the same size insert. Seems weird to me, but that's how it is.

For now all I have are MOE inserts. They seem to be working nicely so far. I'm anal about pilling on my FB's, and I like that the microfiber inserts don't cause additional pilling when washed with the fleece like natural fibers do. Of course, I'm already thinking of trying out some other types of diapers, so my pristine, FB's only stash could well be infiltrated by natural fibers soon, and I just don't see myself doing seperate laundry if that happens...

I know that the WonderFulls inserts will fit for all sizes of FB's. And I think that Joey Bunz come in at least three sizes, but I'm not 100% sure about that. You could always stuff with flats or prefolds - those could be folded to fit any size perfectly.

I am perfectly happy with the MOE inserts. If I were picking just one insert this is what I would get--they feel soft in the diaper. For doublers we use MOE doublers, kissaluvs super soaker doublers (our thickest/bulkiest doublers), small birdseye prefolds, wool doublers I have knitted, or joey bunz. We also have one babykicks hemp prefold--with that insert no doubler is required unless you wanted to wrap it in a microfiber towel to catch pee that was coming at it really fast (hemp absorbs a lot, but doesn't always absorb quickly).

For us we couldn't use just a joey bunz cuz they are so thin. My DS needs something to take up more space in the diaper or the FB gape at the thighs. He is 20 mo and at that age where he has slimmed down.

I really like the MOE microfiber inserts, too. I also like the Happy Heiny Stuffin for my HHs...they absorb a lot!

My very fave inserts are microfiber inserts from cottonbabies.com. These really hold a ton. They are similar to MOEs but I think they are slightly more absorbent.

I use the Nurtured Family inserts. I love them. We use hemp doublers. Nurtured Family includes this insert free when you order a Fuzzi Bunz.

The inserts at cottonbabies is one size fits all - it snaps down to fit into the smalls or is full size for mediums and larger.

Thanks for all the info, mamas! O was not aware that the natural fibers would make the Fuzzi BUnz pill up, is that true with hemp stuffers and prefolds? And the microfibers will not pill up the FBs? I ask because I have a ton of prefolds and was going to use them as backup stuffers, but I may not if I would have to do a seprate load of laundry for just a few diapers.
Thats also nice to know about the cottonbabies inserts, I was just about to order and realized that I live in the same state so have to pay sales tax, so that throws my whole price comparison off,

I've heard that about microfiber being better for FB (so they won't pill) I've used both hemp stuffers and MOE and wash them together but I don't think my FB are too pilly.

I am also a HUGE fan of the Cottonbabies inserts and they are a one~isze with a snap down for smaller dipes! They hold a bunch also, work great for us!

I really like our MOE inserts. We had seperate inserts for small FB. The larger size fits M-XL though. They are so soft and like a pp said don't cause extra piling.
