Help! I'm about to fly to Seattle from St. Louis on the 12th, and I am just now (at 9 weeks) beginning to have morning sickness. More like evening sickness. But the point is I get motion sick when I'm in a car, and definitely when I'm in a plane, pregnant or not. And right now everything makes me a bit nauseous. I'm looking for something homeopathic and safe to take while pregnant that will help me ease the nausea. Can anyone help? It's a 6 hour flight.

My first suggestion would be those sea bands - the accupressure bands that you can get at most health food stores.

There's a Motion Sickness homeoapthic remedy from Hylands that might work.

Eat often, protein and some simple carbs to keep your blood sugars level. Candied ginger. Lemon drops.

hey, I'm thinking about moving to BC.
