I accidentally bought it instead of regular whole wheat flour the other day and didn't discover my error until halfway through a double batch of my favorite apple muffins
: The muffins turned out edible, but much drier and...hm, crumblier, I guess?...than we like them.
Anyway, so I don't waste this flour, what else can I do with it? Anyone have a recipe for something like those Honey Sticks (which we love, but I won't buy because of the HFCS)?
