We are on a TED, and have been for quite some time now. DS has FPIES and tolerates very few foods. Right now, he can only do potatoes, squash, pears, turkey, lamb and green beans. So, no dairy, eggs, corn, soy, rice, etc. He is getting over a reaction to coconut still, so I don't want to intro anything new right now.

What in the world can I make with potato flour??? I'm so sick to death of eating the same 7 foods, and am drying for something new and interesting, even if it's made from the same ingredients! I would love some sort of bread or cookie.

HELP!!!
Potato flour? Not anything I can think of, its only used as a very minor ingredient in a recipe. You might have better luck looking for recipes that use potato starch.
