Today and for the last couple of days I have had 1.5 eggs scrambled on an English muffin with low fat cheddar cheese and a slice of tomato.

That sounds yum!

I rarely find the time for a nice breakfast like that during the week, as I prefer to lie in bed for as long as possible before running out of the door to work!! But I do always eat breakfast. Today, I had two Weetabix with milk, a glass of OJ, a cup of tea and two pre-natal vitamins (which I know aren't technically 'food', but there so damn big that they almost feel like it).

When I get to work, I usually have a 'second' breakfast (particularly if I bike in, which I did today). My second breakfast this morning was a Nature Valley Oats 'n Honey granola bar, and half a cup of coffee. And about 3 gallons of water.

I anticipate being hungry again in approximately 15 minutes

Ds has been wanting 'egg in a hole' so I've been making one for myself when I make his. It's just a slice of ww bread with an egg cooked in the hole.

So 1 slice egg in a hole with some grapes on the side.

Nothing I'm so awful about eating breakfast. I never have been able to eat it regularly (it makes me nauseous to eat before like 11am, even when I'm not pregnant). I try to when I'm pregnant but haven't been able to stomach it more than a few times so far.

I don't really eat "meals"... I just kind of snack all day long... This morning so far I've had 2 big Fuji apples, a handfull of cashews, and about 5 bites of blackened chicken salad.

Today I had chicken and rice and lentil soup.

Usually I eat 2 eggs with 2 slices of turkey bacon on a tortilla with some salsa.

As you can tell, I like to eat a large breakfast.

I rarely eat breakfast unless I dont have work that day. I didnt have to work today so I made the kids and I some oatmeal. I have found( and this is also before my pregnancy) if I eat breakfast I am starving the rest of the day. Yes, I know its weird

Wow! Everyone's breakfast sounds so delicious, but that could be because I am hungry all the time now, and breakfast is my favorite meal!

I eat very methodically, so breakfast is almost a ritual. Every morning, I have a slice of super grainy, nutty whole grain toast with butter and a side of either soy bacon or soy maple sausage. I drink a short glass of low sugar orange juice with calcium, a half a cup of dark coffee with organic milk in it, and a big glass of water to down my first calcium pill of the day.

For me, there is comfort in this routine.

beef and bean chili

eta: mmmm I love toast, but we have a lot of food allergies, so we rarely make the bread to make the toast. My boys usually eat oatmeal everyday, but I can't because it throws my blood sugar out of wack.

I love to be creative and we usually have organic banana pancakes:

pancakes:
organic eggs (4)
organic butter milk
buckweat powder
organic self raising wholemeal flour
2-3 ripe organic bananas
mix into thick paste and cook in a little butter

topped with fresh berries slightly warmed, jalna berry yogurt, maple syrup.
OMG SO FREAKING GOOOOOOD.

Goes down well with a latte style hot chocolate using raw cacao powder. or sometimes I just like a good coffee.

Today, I went out, and I had scrambled eggs, homefries, two sausages and two pancakes and a cup of coffee.

Usually, I eat a smoothee of milk, yogurt, banana, strawberry, blueberry, and protein powder, and then I follow that up later with oatmeal or a protein bar or a bagel with peanut butter.

But going out was so delicious!
